- Eligibility: The trial is open only to new users who have not previously registered for any GuidEase mentorship or course.
- Duration: The trial period is fixed and will be stated at the time of signup. Extensions are not allowed.
- Slot Availability: Trial approval depends on mentor availability and confirmed time slots. Submitting the form does not guarantee a booked session.
- Use of Services: The trial is intended for personal learning and must follow all platform rules.
- One Trial Per User: Only one trial session is permitted per individual, regardless of the chosen course or mentor.
- Accurate Information: Users must submit correct details. Incorrect or incomplete entries may lead to cancellation.
- Cancellation: GuidEase may cancel or reschedule the session if the user is late or violates any platform guidelines.
- No Payment Required: The trial is completely free. Charges apply only for full program enrolments or future sessions.
- Communication: All updates, including slot confirmation, changes, or reminders, will be sent via email. Users must regularly check their inbox.
- Discretion of GuidEase: The approval and continuation of the trial depend solely on GuidEase policies and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
