OTMS Earnings Calculator
OTMS means One-Time Mentorship Session. Select your session type and planned number of sessions to estimate daily earnings.
OTMS 30: maximum 16 sessions (8 hours).
OTMS 45: maximum 10 sessions (7 hours 30 minutes).
Breaks are excluded from the eight-hour working-time limit.
This estimate assumes every planned session is completed and eligible for payment. Breaks are not included in working time. Actual earnings depend on completed, approved and payable sessions.
Volunteership at GuidEase
Contribute your time and skills to community development, educational outreach, research, content, events and operations.
- Choose a clear area of contribution.
- Agree on availability and deliverables before starting.
- Communicate progress and challenges promptly.
- Maintain professional conduct and respect confidentiality.
- Volunteer work is distinct from paid OTMS work.
A stipend or payment should not be assumed unless confirmed in writing for the specific opportunity.
