Pay Charges & Policy
To activate your GuidEase Expert/Mentor Account, please complete the payment of ₹1000 10 within 5 days of application submission.
GuidEase charges a small processing fee for new experts to keep the platform functioning smoothly and filter only genuine applicants and Fraud prevention.
Note: GuidEase lowered the fee to make onboarding more accessible:
More inclusive for early-stage professionals.
Encourages talented mentors to join without financial pressure.
Still maintains the authenticity filter but at a token amount.

GuidEase Expert Terms
Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before submitting your application.
- You must be 21 years or older.
- Provide accurate educational and professional details.
- Be legally eligible to offer mentorship, training, or guidance in India.
- All certificates, IDs, and documents submitted must be authentic.
- Misrepresentation of identity, qualifications, or experience may lead to termination without notice.
- GuidEase may verify credentials before approving or continuing your listing.
- Refrain from abusive, political, or misleading content.
- Avoid making false claims about guaranteed results (exam ranks, admissions, jobs, etc.).
- Not engage in any behavior that harms the platform's reputation.
- Any content (notes, videos, guidance materials) shared on GuidEase remains your intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.
- You grant GuidEase a non-exclusive right to display your content on the platform for student guidance.
-Payments are made per mentorship session. For one-time mentorship purchases, you will receive the paid amount minus 30%.
-For monthly or packaged mentorships, or direct session bookings with an expert mentor, you will receive the paid amount minus 25%.
-For other services offered through GuidEase, you will receive the full amount paid by the client, minus applicable platform charges, which will be communicated separately.
- GuidEase reserves the right to adjust payouts with prior notice.
- Weekly payouts will be processed only after completing sessions and submitting required details. CHECK CREDIT
- Upon successful onboarding with GuidEase, you are required to serve a minimum notice period of one month before discontinuing your responsibilities. During this notice period, you must remain available to provide guidance to any student who may require your support and ensure timely coordination as needed..
- Do not share students’ personal information outside the platform.
- Maintain confidentiality of all internal documents, platform systems, and communications.
- GuidEase follows data protection norms and expects the same from experts.
- GuidEase may update platform features, rules, or procedures at any time.
- Experts must comply with all latest operational guidelines issued by the GuidEase team.
Your expert access may be suspended or terminated if you:
- Provide false information.
- Receive multiple complaints regarding behavior or quality.
- Violate platform policies or legal guidelines.
- Engage in unethical or harmful practices.
- GuidEase acts as a facilitator between experts and users.
- Experts are responsible for the guidance they provide.
- GuidEase is not liable for personal disputes, outcomes, or external commitments made by experts.
By submitting the registration form and processing charges for joining as a GuidEase Expert, you confirm that you:
- Have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
- Consent to communication via email regarding platform activities.
